Founder Florentin Niyongere has worked in New Jersey care operations and technology, handling the gaps between requirements, authorizations, staffing, and follow-through. Carelendr grows from that experience and a practical question: how can the next necessary step become easier to see and carry forward?
The current focus is New Jersey DDD providers and caregivers. Staff intake offers a concrete place to begin, with a wider purpose of dependable care and greater independence for the people receiving support.
